Privacy notice
How browsing, local enquiry drafts and separately sent messages are handled.
1. Who is responsible for this portfolio
This portfolio identifies VITALII GORDIENCO, an independent professional, at Kakhovskaya ulitsa 5, MD-3300, Tiraspol, Moldova. The published contact address is [email protected]. This notice concerns browsing the portfolio and choosing to contact its operator. The website does not create a customer account, accept a payment or operate a recruitment service. Its public language is English; that language does not establish a business office or legal establishment in another country.
2. What information an enquiry can contain
The optional enquiry form asks for your name, reply email address, organisation or project name, area of interest and message. The organisation field can be left blank. A selected study can be carried into the form through a local query parameter. Do not include identity documents, payment information, passwords, private access credentials or confidential drawings in an initial enquiry. No file-upload control is provided on this website.
3. What happens when you prepare a draft
Typing in the form does not submit its contents to a website database. Selecting Prepare email draft validates the required fields and displays the proposed message inside your browser. Nothing is sent by that step. A separate link can open your chosen email application. You decide whether to send the message there. Your email application may retain a draft according to its own settings, independently of this website.
4. Messages that are actually sent
If you choose to send an email, the recipient can receive the information you include, your sending address and ordinary email metadata. Any subsequent exchange depends on that separate communication channel. Preparing a draft does not establish delivery, receipt, availability or acceptance of a project. If the email application is unavailable or delivery fails, the website has no separate submission service that can recover or forward your enquiry.
5. Purposes of using enquiry information
Information voluntarily sent in a professional enquiry can be used to understand the requested drafting work, answer questions, discuss the supplied material and determine whether a separately agreed engagement is possible. A question about a drawing may lead to requests for clarification about units, views, file formats or intended use. The form is not a mailing-list subscription and contains no marketing opt-in or automated profiling function.
6. Website delivery and connection information
The site is delivered through a hosting provider and Cloudflare. Loading a page necessarily exchanges connection and request information, such as network address, requested URL, timing and browser-related headers, with the infrastructure delivering it. These providers may process operational information for delivery, security and performance under their own services. This notice distinguishes those network operations from the locally prepared enquiry, whose field values are not posted by the page.
7. Cookies, storage and measurement
The authored pages do not set a marketing cookie, create an account session or save enquiry fields to localStorage. Normal browser caching can retain fonts, images and other page resources. Cloudflare may supply network diagnostics, email-address protection or performance measurement as part of its delivery configuration. Those infrastructure functions are separate from the form handler. You can inspect cookies and stored site data in your browser and change the relevant browser controls.
8. Local drawings, fonts and downloads
The original conceptual drawings and font files load from this domain. A study download opens or saves an SVG file; it does not register a purchase or request an email address. Saving a file can create a local copy managed by your browser or operating system. There are no social-media feeds, embedded maps, remote video players or checkout widgets in the authored pages. Font licence texts identify their respective authors and distribution terms.
9. Providers, disclosures and international handling
Hosting, content delivery and a separately chosen email provider can operate in locations different from the operator or visitor. Their networks and contractual terms govern aspects of that processing. This website does not list a fixed set of all infrastructure locations or promise that an email stays within one country. Before sharing restricted project material, discuss the permitted recipients, communication channel and any location requirements as part of the actual engagement.
10. How long information is kept
The local form has no enquiry archive maintained by the website. A sent email, a draft kept in an email application and a file saved on a device are separate records. This page does not establish a single fixed deletion period for all such records. For correspondence actually held by the operator, ask about the information concerned and the relevant conversation. Applicable obligations and an agreed project can affect what must be retained.
11. Security and appropriate initial information
HTTPS protects a connection in transit when your browser successfully validates the certificate. It does not make every message, file or endpoint confidential in all circumstances. Keep the first enquiry limited to the information needed to discuss scope. Do not put sensitive project details in the URL, since URLs can appear in browser history and infrastructure records. A special confidentiality requirement should be agreed before materials are sent through a separate channel.
12. Access, correction and privacy requests
For a question about personal information in correspondence with the operator, use [email protected] and identify the relevant exchange without adding unnecessary documents. Depending on applicable rules, requests can concern access, correction, deletion, restrictions or objections to particular processing. The appropriate response depends on the information held, verification reasonably needed and any applicable duty to preserve it. This notice does not restrict mandatory rights or the ability to contact a competent authority.
13. Children and professional enquiries
This is a professional drafting portfolio, with no child account or educational registration service. Its contact route is intended for people able to discuss a professional project. Do not supply personal information about children or other individuals in an initial drafting enquiry. If you believe such information was sent in error, identify the message through the published contact route so the relevant circumstances can be considered.
14. Changes and other documents
This notice reflects the static pages and contact mechanism described here. A later backend, upload feature, payment tool or external embed would require a corresponding review of the published information. The date shown on this page identifies this version; it is not a promise that every provider keeps an identical configuration indefinitely. Read the terms and the individual study notes for the separate rules concerning conceptual artwork, downloads and possible professional engagements.
