Cancellation and payment questions

There are no paid website transactions. Separately agreed projects have their own conditions.

This page explains the distinction between using the portfolio and commissioning drafting work. Browsing pages, downloading a labelled concept sheet and preparing an enquiry draft are not paid transactions. There is no website order number, checkout payment or subscription to cancel. This information does not create a fictional merchandise return process or promise that a professional project has been accepted simply because someone contacts the operator.

You can decide not to send a prepared draft, close the form or stop discussing a proposed scope. No payment is collected by those website actions. If an enquiry has already been sent, an email can clarify that the request is no longer current. A sent message may remain a correspondence record; cancelling interest in a service and requesting deletion of personal information are different questions.

A paid drafting engagement, if agreed, needs its own scope, fees and payment conditions. The parties should address cancellation, changes, revision stages, delivered files and any effect of work already completed before starting. This portfolio does not set a default deposit percentage, a fixed refund period or a universal cancellation charge. Refer to the actual proposal and agreement rather than treating a downloadable concept as a purchased deliverable.

Use [email protected] for a question about a separately discussed project. Identify the relevant correspondence, describe the work concerned and state whether you are asking to stop future work, change scope or review a payment. Do not send a card number, bank password or identity document in the initial request. A request can need clarification before the applicable agreement and circumstances can be assessed.

A request to revise a dimension, add another drawing or change a file format is not automatically the same as cancelling a project. Work already reviewed or delivered can raise different questions from work not yet started. The applicable agreement, supplied information, stage reached and mandatory rules determine the relevant treatment. No automatic rejection or approval of a refund is established by the static contact form.

This website has no access to a payment account and cannot reverse a transfer through a button. If a payment is relevant to your question, identify the transaction by an ordinary reference from the actual correspondence, without revealing full payment credentials. A bank or independent payment provider has its own procedures. Do not infer a processing period or a guaranteed reversal from this informational page.

Any non-excludable rights remain unaffected. The conditions of a separately commissioned service must be considered together with applicable law; this page does not assign a foreign governing law merely because the website is in English.
