Terms of use
The conditions for using this drafting portfolio and discussing a separate engagement.
1. Operator and purpose
This website is the independent portfolio of VITALII GORDIENCO, identified at Kakhovskaya ulitsa 5, MD-3300, Tiraspol, Moldova. It presents technical-drawing topics, original conceptual studies and a route for discussing a possible project. The site is informational. Browsing, preparing a message or downloading a study does not appoint the operator as an engineer, approve a design or enter a paid service contract. The published contact route is [email protected].
2. Acceptable use of the pages
You may browse the studies, follow their explanatory notes and use the enquiry route for a relevant professional question. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or submit unlawful material. Do not describe a downloaded concept as an approved drawing, a client commission or evidence of an actual manufactured part. Ordinary quotation and any use protected by applicable law remain subject to their normal conditions.
3. The status of the three studies
Angle, Sleeve and Assembly are original independent concepts. Their dimensions, part names, arrangements and references belong to fictional exercises created to explain drawing decisions. They are not commissioned customer work, manufactured products, certified calculations or reports of commercial outcomes. Each study has its own explanatory page and a labelled SVG sheet. Keep the concept and not-for-fabrication labels attached when discussing or sharing an example.
4. Drawing information and intended use
The studies demonstrate view selection, sectioning, dimension organisation and relationships between parts. Their diagrammatic scale is not a manufacturing scale. A browser image or printout can be resized by a device or application, and no dimensional accuracy should be inferred from its displayed size. Materials, fits, tolerances, loads, processes and acceptance requirements have not been approved for real fabrication. Do not use these examples as production instructions.
5. Asking about a service
The services page distinguishes 2D drafting, CAD redraw and drawing-set organisation. A request should explain the available source material, intended outcome and required formats. The form prepares an email draft locally and does not transmit it until you choose to send it through an email service. Neither a draft nor a message confirms that work is accepted, establishes a deadline or reserves capacity. Clarification may be needed before a proposal can be made.
6. A separate agreement is needed
Any actual engagement needs its own agreed scope, source responsibilities, drawing standards where applicable, deliverables, formats, review stages and commercial conditions. The website does not supply a universal project specification or fixed revision allowance. It does not promise an automatic quotation, a reply within a particular number of hours or completion by a date inferred from a message. Important requirements belong in the written agreement for the specific work.
7. Fees, payment and cancellation
There is no checkout, subscription, card field or payment processor on these pages. An enquiry and the downloadable concepts have no website charge. Any fee, invoicing arrangement, deposit, cancellation condition or refund consideration for a separately commissioned project must be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. The refund information explains this distinction and the information useful for a cancellation question. Mandatory rights remain applicable where the law provides them.
8. Source material and permissions
You are responsible for having permission to supply a sketch, measured drawing, photograph, model or CAD file for its intended use. Explain any licence, confidentiality or distribution restriction before sharing it. A file received from a third party is not automatically free to copy or redraw. Initial contact should use a description rather than restricted technical files. Agree an appropriate transfer channel and any confidentiality terms before exchanging material that needs special handling.
9. Measurements, checking and approval
A drawing can communicate supplied information without independently proving that every measurement or technical assumption is correct. A real project should identify who measures the part, resolves conflicting dimensions, checks the output and approves its intended use. Do not use a redrawing exercise as a substitute for structural, load, stress, thermal or regulatory assessment. Where a qualified professional or authorised approval is required, that review must be obtained for the actual project.
10. Artwork, fonts and professional identity
The original study artwork and explanatory text form part of this portfolio. Viewing or downloading them does not transfer exclusive ownership, professional credentials or rights over the operator’s name. The fonts are distributed under their respective SIL Open Font Licences, linked in the footer. Those licences govern the font software, not an approval of any conceptual drawing. No manufacturer logo, client list, certification badge or customer endorsement is presented as proof of an engagement.
11. Downloads and third-party applications
The downloadable SVG files are static illustrations. Applications can interpret, scale or print vector artwork differently. They are not native editable CAD models and do not include a DWG, DXF or STEP deliverable. A future commissioned file package would need separately agreed formats. Your browser, email application, network and any software chosen to inspect a download have their own terms and settings. The portfolio does not control those independent tools.
12. Availability, limitations and mandatory rights
Pages can change, become temporarily unavailable or contain an error. If you identify an unclear dimension or a broken link, use the published contact route and specify the page concerned. The informational examples do not provide a warranty of fitness for a manufactured part, an approval process or a commercial outcome. These terms do not exclude liabilities or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. The separate project agreement governs the work actually commissioned.
13. Updates and contact
The date on this page identifies the current published version. A later service proposal can contain conditions relevant only to that engagement; do not assume that a portfolio update silently changes an existing written agreement. For a question about use of the pages, describe the relevant URL, drawing or proposed use through the contact route. Read privacy for information handling and the disclaimer for the limits of the conceptual technical material.
